Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel an order after it’s been submitted.
An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item you can visit our contact us page and submit a form.
You will receive your notebook within 3 to 5 days via express shipping. The shipping is free of charge.
If returning by mail, you should receive your refund upon once we receive a notebook and check if it’s still in a good condition.
Please note, it can take 3-5 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.

All notebooks are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, they can be returned for a refund or exchange.
